No verified severe incidents have occurred.

The tonic label cautions that the kratom leaf ingredient can become habit-forming if consumed irresponsibly. If you are concerned about taking the product or experience any unfavorable reactions, you should avoid consuming it.

Independent clinical trials have been conducted, with Phase 1 completed in December 2023, showing no serious adverse events or withdrawal symptoms. Phase 2 will be completed by December 2024.

Any sponsorship deals have always been intended to reach general sports fans, not specifically students. University sponsorships are now centered around kratom-free tonic products.

Our podcast advertisements feature authentic, unscripted content from podcasters. They are free to share their own real experiences, and we do not dictate or edit out mentions of specific ingredients.


How has the marketing strategy evolved?
As the business has grown, especially in retail, the marketing strategy has shifted to emphasize transparency and consumer education. Age restrictions have been voluntarily raised to 21+, and clear labeling has been prioritized.


Is CLASSIC considered habit-forming?
Regular, prolonged use of kratom leaf at high servings may lead to dependence. Labels now include warnings about this potential risk. Current evidence shows that patterns of use are similar to caffeine dependence, not as severe as stronger substances.

What is your stance on the Kratom Consumer Protection Act (KCPA)?
We support the KCPA, which legislates age restrictions, labeling and packaging standards, and unadulterated kratom products. We also support limits on 7OH content for consumer safety.


How do you respond to concerns about the cost of the proposed kratom bill in California?
The bill prioritizes consumer safety. Registration fees are designed to be self-funding and not a burden to taxpayers, helping avoid costly issues similar to those seen with unregulated hemp derivatives.
